I would like to sincerely thank Closing Circles and especially Kelly for her incredible support and compassion during a very difficult time for our family following the unexpected passing of my brother-in-law.

Kelly was extremely caring, understanding and professional throughout the arrangements. She patiently guided us through the process, answered all our questions and helped make an overwhelming situation much easier to manage.

Her genuine empathy and kindness meant a great deal to our family during such a difficult time. We are very grateful for everything Kelly and the team at Closing Circles did for us.

Kelly-Ann is wonderful, caring, patient and has an excellent customer service. When I die, and still live in Perth, I shall choose my preplan service with her funeral arrangements without doubt and without comparing the price and quality of services with others as she is honest and warrants a good service with a reasonable price!

From the moment we spoke, I felt completely reassured and supported during one of the hardest times of my life. Losing my mum was overwhelming, but the care, compassion, and guidance we received made such a difference.

Everything was explained clearly, gently, and with genuine empathy, nothing felt rushed and nothing felt like “just a process.” Every step was handled with respect and care, and I truly felt that my mum was being looked after as if she were family.

I have complete faith in the service provided and will forever be grateful for the calm reassurance and kindness shown to my family during such an emotional time. I couldn’t recommend Kelly-Anne highly enough to anyone needing support when it matters most.

KellyAnne from Closing Circles arranged the funeral for my brother-in-law.  She and her staff did an amazing job.  KellyAnne went above and beyond to help my sister with all the preparations.  Her care and compassion made the whole experience for her less daunting.  Her prices are very reasonable.  Her aim is to provide a caring and compassionate service without taking advantage of people's grief.

Sadly we all lose love ones to death which has a devastating effect on us all. Having recently attended a family funeral I cannot speak highly enough of Kelly-Anne and her team. After the service and for the first time ever I approached a Funeral Director to state it was the best service I've ever attended. The way they spoke I felt like the deceased family member was with us.   I will never forget the beautiful service   To Kelly-Anne and team thankyou from the family
